Mold can cause health issues like respiratory problems and allergies, structural damage to building materials and homes leading to costly repairs and decreasing property value/ Pests can cause a lot of these same issues as mold including disease transmission, food contamination, psychological stress, and unwanted allergic reactions and animal bites.
